2. Order Processing Time
After successful payment confirmation, we typically process and dispatch orders within 1 to 3 business days.
During festive seasons, sale periods, or high order volume, processing time may extend up to 5 business days. We will notify you via email or WhatsApp if there is any unexpected delay.

3. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are calculated based on weight, volume, and delivery location. Exact charges are displayed at the checkout page before payment.
We occasionally offer free shipping on selected products or orders above a minimum value (as shown on the website).
Note: Cash on Delivery (COD) orders may attract additional COD handling charges, which will be clearly mentioned at checkout.

4. Delivery Timelines
Once dispatched, estimated delivery time within India is as follows:

  • Metro Cities & Major Urban Areas: 7 to 10 business days
  • Other Cities & Towns: 10 to 12 business days
  • Remote Areas / Villages: 10 to 15 business days

These are estimated timelines only and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery may vary due to courier partner schedules, weather, festivals, or other external factors.

5. Shipping Partners
We partner with reputed courier services such as Delhivery, Express bees, India Post depending on location and service availability.
You will receive a tracking link via email/SMS/WhatsApp once your order is dispatched. Tracking availability may vary by courier and service type.

6. Address Accuracy & Responsibility
You are fully responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address, including:

  • Correct pin code
  • Landmark (if any)
  • Phone number (reachable during delivery)

We are not liable for delays, failed deliveries, or additional charges caused by incorrect or incomplete address details provided by you.

7. Delivery Attempts
Courier partners usually attempt delivery 7–10 times. If the delivery fails due to:

  • Incorrect address
  • Recipient not available
  • Refusal to accept the parcel

The order may be returned to us. In such cases, re-shipping will be done only after additional shipping charges are paid (if applicable).

8. Damaged or Tampered Parcels
Please inspect the parcel immediately upon delivery in the presence of the delivery person.
If the package appears damaged, tampered with, or has missing items:

  • Refuse to accept the delivery, and
  • Immediately contact us with photos and your order number.

We will resolve the issue as per our policies.

9. Delays & Force Majeure
Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Courier partner issues
  • Public holidays, bandhs, or strikes
  • Weather conditions, natural disasters, or pandemics
  • Customs or regulatory checks (if any)
  • Any other events beyond our reasonable control

10. Undeliverable / Returned Orders
If an order is returned to us due to non-delivery, we will contact you. Depending on the reason:

  • You may request re-shipping (extra charges may apply), or
  • Cancellation and refund as per our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

11. International Shipping
Currently, we ship only within India. We do not offer international shipping.
